I couldn't be more pleased with LoConte painting. From start finish they were always professional and pleasant to work with. Their work is meticulous. We had our interior painted and they were so helpful in making a decision about colors and what looked best in my house. Halfway through the painting process we decided to have our cabinets refinished from dark brown to white. They are really old and look brand new. They take their time to make sure everything is done correctly. At the end of each day I think my house was cleaner than when they started. I can't recommend LoConte Painting enough. You will not be disappointed.

Chris and his team did a fantastic job. When the job turned out to be more complicated than anticipated, (probably by a full day with 3 painters) he stuck to the original quote, and didn't even mention it during the billing process. The exterior painting was a big undertaking to begin with as it is a large building, but it got more complicated as bats were discovered living under the exterior façade during the project. Chris was right on it and handled the issue himself by suggesting modifications to the façade and carrying them out. His can-do attitude, attention to detail, and exemplary work ethics made this project go smoothly. He communicated regularly and very clearly about each phase and allowed us to plan accordingly. I was so happy with the work LoConte Painting did on my master bedroom that I didn't think twice about calling Chris again when it was time to paint my kitchen. It is with great pleasure that I give this review for LaConte Painting in Lynnfield, MA. Upon interview, I knew right away that I was choosing the right outfit. The exterior of my house was probably the biggest challenge for any contractor. It had been neglected for over twenty years. The clapboards were so brittle that they required special care. I can’t say enough about the owner, Chris LaConte. Aside from being probably the nicest guy in the whole world, his professionalism and skill can’t possibly be surpassed. His pricing was extremely reasonable and he’s great if you need advise too. I like the fact that he was on the job site the whole time. His crew were amazing as well. Just as nice and respectful as Chris. I’m glad that I never have to look for another painter again. They did a fabulous job. I’ve had people who were looking for a painter come look at his work and hired him immediately. Absolutely everyone admires my house now. Chris and his guys have my deepest gratitude. I can’t tell you how happy I am.

This is an easy review to write. I give Chris and his crew 5 stars for sure! Chris has an incredible eye for details and doing things well. Chris gave us suggestions about color combinations and our home looks straight out of a fancy magazine. Our home looks beautiful! We were in a unique situation and needed quality work done quickly. Chris and his crew did not disappoint. The crew even worked through the weekend to reach our deadline. Chris and his crew were always on time and worked painting the inside of our house on rain days. The crew was always friendly, respectful, courteous and fun to be around. I always looked forward to seeing them and was sad to see them go. Chris worked on our home as if it was his own. Chris painted my house about five years ago. A large four bedroom colonial. And did a great job. When I was looking for contractors I needed someone who would do a good job obviously but someone I could trust. Chris came across as the most honest contractor and did a fantastic job

Chris LoConte was recommended to us and he was great to work with. He has a keen attention to detail and wants to make sure the job is done right. Chris and his crew repainted most of the interior of our home including trim, ceilings, doors and walls. Everything looks brand new and bright! Chris also stripped and stained our worn staircase railings. As a last part of the job, Chris stained our brand new wood farmhouse door. He researched the door and stains so that it would be done right. He took the door to his workshop to make sure the outdoor temperatures did not affect the application. These are all things I would not have known to do, but he took the time to make sure it was done right. We have Chris coming back to paint the whole outside of our house in the spring. We highly recommend him and his team!
