Founder Chris LoConte has owned and operated LoConte Painting more than two decades. Making it his priority to maintain the highest quality work throughout a job, he has engaged in ongoing professional development for both indoor and outdoor projects. Staying on top of latest trends, Chris has been able to meet the demands of all clients’ desires with different textures, styles, and colors.

Chris demonstrates his focus on high quality through his impeccable attention to detail. His customers have told him “Nobody preps like you do!” From trim to wall, ceiling to floor, he and his employees are focused on complete and clean coverage. This attention to detail is also found in the last phase of a job: clean- up. They are committed to leaving a space cleaner that they found it.
